The right of withdrawal is strictly reserved for natural persons acquiring products for personal purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity. Orders placed by professionals, corporate entities, or parties holding a valid VAT / Tax Registration Number are expressly excluded from the scope of this procedure.
In order to ensure full administrative and legal traceability, the customer must submit their withdrawal request by means of an explicit written statement in English, Italian, French, or Spanish.
To avoid processing delays or rejection due to inability to identify the transaction, every communication must strictly include all of the following information:

Transport Conditions: Return shipping is carried out under the direct and exclusive liability and at the sole expense of the buyer. The customer is strongly required to use a postal or express courier service that provides a mandatory tracking number and ad valorem insurance coverage. Proxel S.r.l. accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery of returned parcels managed by carriers selected by the customer.
Pursuant to EU consumer law, the consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
In this regard, all returned items undergo a systematic technical inspection upon arrival:
Upon receipt of the parcel at our premises, our technical service department will perform a compliance inspection within 5 business days.
Provided that all conditions set forth above have been fully satisfied, Proxel S.r.l. will process the refund of the amounts paid (including standard initial delivery charges) within a maximum of 14 days from the actual receipt of the goods or the provision of proof of return shipment by the customer.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method employed by the customer during the initial transaction (Credit Card, PayPal). For original transactions conducted via direct bank transfer, the customer must provide full SEPA banking details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code).
